To apply for any of the courses, fill up the registration form in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
Admission will be given on the basis of marks obtained in KHOJ / UDAAN or through Admission-cum Scholarship Test (ACST).
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of marks obtained in the admission test and the results in the school examination.
Fees can be paid through Cheque / DD in favour of IIT ASHRAM payable at Vadodara, or through Debit Card / Credit Card / NEFT and Online.
No refund shall be made for Crash Course Program Fees under any circumstances.
For all instalments PDCs have to be deposited at the time of admission or (before classes begin). In case of cheque bounce/return, Rs.500/- will be charged as cheque bounce/return charge per cheque.
If any student does not pay the fees on or before the due date or is defaulter in fee payment, he/she may be stopped from attending the classes. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents and students that they deposit the fees on the due dates mentioned.
If a student’s name is struck-off due to non-payment of fees for more than 2 weeks from the due date, the student shall have to pay Rs. 500/- for re-admission and late payment will be charged at Rs. 50/- per day.
If at any point of time, the Indian Government increases Tax, (Existing rate of GST is 18%) the extra amount of tax will be borne by the student/parent from the date of enforcement of the act by the Govt.
Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach a photocopy of the mark sheet and two recent passport size photographs with the Registration Form.
It is compulsory to provide correct details (Mobile No. and Email ID) of parents. The result of tests or any other information will be sent via SMS or EMAIL.
Any change of address or telephone number should be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
In case of lost/misplaced study material, students can obtain duplicate book(s) against payment of Rs.350/- per book.
In case any mishap because of reasons beyond control or any natural calamity of any type ( Earthquake, Floods, Fire, Electric Short Circuit etc ) occurs in the premises of IIT ASHRAM, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
In case of any damage of property at IIT Ashram, caused by any student, the sum shall be recovered from the student.
In all matters concerning admissions, the decision of IIT Ashram shall be final and binding on all candidates. With regard to the interpretation of the provisions of any matter not covered in this Admission Booklet, the decision of IIT Ashram shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned.
In case a candidate is found to be non-eligible or not following any rules and regulation specified by the institution in the Student Guidelines and Students Declaration Form, during any stage of the admission process or course delivery, his/her admission will stand cancelled.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Director, IIT ASHRAM would be final. All disputes are subject to Vadodara Jurisdiction only.
