As I look back through my journey as an educationist, I realize that women are the real backbone of this country. While emburdened by the daily grind and social obligations , she unfailingly nurtures a dream to educate her child. Often deprived of the privilege herself, she fights the battle of her life to send her child to school. She often aspires, while suffering from the pangs of poverty herself, to liberate her child through education. Thus she unwittingly lays the foundation of growth of the nation.
I salute these brave mothers of our country.
